Here’s A Closer Look At Our Automated Phone Append Features

500 MILLION+ PHONE NUMBER DATABASE

We have a multi-sourced database of over 500 million phone numbers linked to a consumer or business name that includes landline, mobile phone number, VoIP, private and business phone number.

INDUSTRY-LEADING MATCH RATES

We regularly match 20%-30% when appending non-DNC phones, and 50%-80% when appending DNC phones. Our phone append process gives you the ability to omit DNC Phones in real-time and append only the non-DNC phones with a SAN number. This is a great advantage because you only pay for phones where we match a callable number.

PROPRIETARY MATCHING LOGIC

Our proprietary process uses 7 matching indicators allowing you to append phone numbers to any postal file that includes name, address, city, state and zip code. Our matching indicators can target individuals, household or address-level customized to your needs. This includes business phone appends, cell phone appends, landline appends, and much more.

ALSO GREAT FOR DIGITAL MARKETING

Data compiled from 7 sources not only provides you with greater phone coverage for calling campaigns, but for digital marketing as well. Optional DNC filters include: FTC, DMA-TPS, State, and Wireless.

WE HAVE A PLATFORM FOR THAT

Our easy-to-use platform puts you in control and provides super-fast turnaround for phone append services for all size files. To make your life easier, we provide several ways to access IMDataCenter’s real-time solutions such as manual upload, FTP, or API.

REVERSE PHONE APPEND

We also offer reverse phone append solutions, which allows your contact phone number to return name and postal data as well as certain demographics in real-time.

Phone Data Append Frequently Asked Questions

A data append is the process by which desired new data is added to your existing database of information. This can mean forward append (i.e. adding a phone number to an input name and address), or reverse append (i.e. adding a name and address to an email address input).

You can provide a file in any database format including excel, comma delimited (with quotes), tab delimited, dBase, access, fixed width layout, etc.

Our consumer and business phone append solutions, available in the Platform, allow you to append phone numbers to any postal file that includes name, address, city, state, and zip using our proprietary match logic and seven data sets. We also provide a wireless and landline option, if necessary. IMDataCenter’s phone append process gives you the ability to omit DNC phones in real-time, and append only the non-DNC phones with a SAN number. This is a great advantage because you only pay for phones where we match a callable number. We typically match 20%-30% when appending non-DNC phones, and 50%-80% when appending DNC phones.

This Platform solution provides verification on an input file and gives you back a report which shows what’s callable and disconnected, as well as the phone type such as wireless, landline, VoIP, or other device. This is important for your calling patterns and compliance, and more importantly increases your sales agents’ overall productivity.
Yes! Using the IMDataCenter Platform, you’re able to append business phone and contact data to your file quickly and easily.

The manual append process is when you a upload a file, select the type of desired append solution, press go and then wait for your file to be returned with your appended information.

AutoFTP is used when you have a reoccurring job that will be sent over on a regular basis. We setup a dedicated FTP folder for you to send a file in the same layout and format each time. It then runs the append process automatically and is returned to you within a few minutes to several hours (depending on file size).

You only pay on matches whenever we append the element(s) you requested. However, if you are using our single record real-time API, there is a per-cell fee on input.
By providing a phone number, we search for and return the corresponding name and address information for your clients and prospects. This service is available through the Platform either as a batch or API return.

This solution will give you back a report which lets you know which records are on the federal Do-Not-Call List. Please note that we require a Subscription Account Number (SAN) to access the data.
